From Waikiki:

Proceed west on Ala Wai Blvd; Turn Left on to Niu Street (Note: Niu Street turns into Ala Moana Blvd); Turn Right onto Atkinson Drive; Turn Right onto Kapiolani Ave; Turn Right onto Kalakaua Ave; Entrance to the parking garage on the Right.

From Honolulu International Airport: From the Airport terminal, proceed on H-1 East. Take the Nimitz Hwy exit (Note: Nimitz Hwy becomes Ala Moana Blvd.); Drive about 6 miles until you reach Atkinson Drive (Ala Moana Shopping Center on your left; Ala Moana Beach Park on your right); Turn Left onto Atkinson Drive; Turn Right onto Kapionlani Ave; Turn Right onto Kalakaua Ave; Entrance to the parking garage on Right.

From H-1 Eastbound: Take the Punahou Street Exit; Merge Right onto Punahou Street. At the 1st stoplight, turn Right onto Beretania Street. At the next stoplight, turn Left onto Kalakaua Ave, proceed approximately 0.5 miles. Entrance to the parking garage on the Right.

From H-1 Westbound: Take the King Street Exit. Proceed approximately 1.5 miles (Note: King Street turns into Beretania Street.); Turn Left onto Kalakaua Ave; Proceed approximately 0.5 miles; Entrance to the parking garage on the Right.
