Among the great benefits of exhibiting at BMSE is a chance to give a presentation listed in our program guide. With over 50,000 guides printed, the exposure can't be beat.

We neither charge the public extra to attend, nor pay speakers for these 40 minute lectures. Just let us know and we will gladly include you on the schedule.

A very limited number of speaking slots exists for recognized individuals who do not exhibit at our events. Please contact us if this might interest you.

Paid Workshops

We offer a very limited number of paid workshops during the course of a weekend at BMSE. These two hour sessions are offered at an additional fee for attendees. For these spots we look for acknowledged leaders in their field who have published and received a high degree of public recognition.

The $20-30 charged to the public for these sessions is split evenly with the presenter.

Note : Due to the volume of applications, no materials will be returned. Books & CDs are donated to the Ashland Metaphysical Library after we have review them.

Submission Information

You can now place all of your information directly onto the website. Refer to the User's Guides that can be accessed from the "Help" tab at the top of most pages.

For your lecture to appear in our program guide and on our website, we require: Professional Color Photograph of presenter submitted as a .JPG file at no less than 150 DPI.

75 word description which integrates subject of lecture with biographical information about the speaker. Please use complete sentences (no bullet points) and standard grammar and capitalization. We suggest you write your description in active voice and avoid using rhetorical questions.

3-4 word lecture title (not to exceed 30 characters).

After reserving your booth and lecture time, email the above information to EDITOR@BMSE.NET

The email must have the show city, booth name and number, as well as the presenter's name in its subject line. The title and text of the description must be typed directly into the body of the email. The .JPG photo must be attached as a non-compressed, native file. If any of this information is in a Microsoft Word or Publisher document, we will not be able to use your files.

Editing

All submitted materials will be edited for style, length, form and content. Due to volume of submissions, our edited copy is final and not open for revision. Most materials will receive extensive editing.
