Terms Of Use

1. All Sales are Final. All sales are final and no refunds will be given if an exhibitor cancels, you may transfer to a future show for a fee of $100. if we are notified four weeks before the event that you wish to cancel. No shows on day of event or if you have not notified us four weeks before the event that you wish to cancel and transfer to a future show you will not receive a refund and can no longer transfer. If for any reason you need to cancel, you cannot sell, or give your booth to anyone else.

2. Set-up and show times. Set up for vendors will take place on Saturday at 8am unless stated otherwise in your final letter.

3. All Ticket Sales are Final.

4. We reserve the right to remove you or change your lecture time, day or room number from the lecture schedule without notice if you do not provide us with a high resolution headshot, lecture title and description within 2 weeks of your booth purchase.

5. No producers of competing shows are allowed as Exhibitors.

6. We reserve the right to review all Readers and Practitioners to ensure you are a fit for our shows and may remove you from the expo. It is required that you have a website to participate as a vendor in our shows.  All Reader/Practitioner prices must be displayed for the public to see.
