We stand on the shoulders of a long line of wonderful human beings who not only lived with in nature - but were nature. They cared about their family and friends much like we do. To them it was not only a matter of survival but also a matter of being human. We were not taught that the first people made likenesses of their family members, leaders, and perhaps even gods on stone.
