Profile

I take organic raw cacao beans from different places in the world, roast, crack, winnow, grind (up to three days), temper and package to create unique flavors without adding anything but organic sugar. My chocolate is redolent of fruits like cherries, bananas, raisins, citrus, nuts, and floral like vanilla, jasmine, honey or rose. And of course chocolate. Depending on where the chocolate is grown you can experience many different taste sensations in one bite. Some chocolate is produced by child slave labor even today! Pollinator Chocolate joined the growing industry of chocolate makers in the US to create delicious unique fine flavor chocolate AND make sure our beans are never produced by people being treated poorly. Lastly, I make sure the farmer is paid well for their work. I pay farm gate pricing which means that I pay the farmer what they ask NOT what the market demands. Enabling them to make better purchases with their money like medical, books and an education for themselves. Try my chocolate, you'll never look back.
